It is suitable for anyone who wishes to strengthen, align, and inhabit their body with presence, regardless of their level of Pilates experience.
The proposed practices include Pilates sessions focused on core stability, posture, breath coordination, and fluid control, alongside workshops and shared moments dedicated to mindful eating and conscious nutrition. The approach encourages a sustainable, non-performative experience that honors each person’s pace and unique needs.

Pilates
Pilates is a structured and intentional movement method based on precision, control, and breath awareness.
The practice unfolds through clear sequences that emphasize alignment, core stability, and coordinated flow, allowing the body to develop strength while refining the quality of movement. Each exercise builds progressively, creating continuity and integration rather than performance.
It is a focused yet accessible practice that combines stability and fluidity, strength and control, supporting a deeper connection between body and mind. Through conscious breathing and attentive execution, Pilates cultivates balance, resilience, and embodied awareness.

I am a dancer and Pilates teacher. My approach integrates the traditional method with contemporary discoveries in biomechanics, in full respect of each body and its unique possibilities. I prioritize the activation of the deep musculature over accessory muscles, as it is essential for the optimal functioning and support of the spine.
Together, we will explore how to apply the principles of Pilates to everyday life in order to enhance its quality. Through mindful, gentle movement and conscious breathing, we will release the tensions we accumulate in our daily routines, creating space for greater ease, stability, and awareness.

During this retreat, I will guide you with care and presence, creating a safe space where you can rediscover strength, balance, and trust in your own potential.

During this retreat, I will guide you through a journey of conscious eating. Together, we will explore ingredients, learn to recognize their differences and qualities, and reflect on how everyday choices — from selecting products to grocery shopping — can become intentional acts. My intention is to offer you practical tools and a renewed perspective, because reconnecting with food means reconnecting with ourselves.

After your initial contact, you will receive detailed information regarding costs, accommodation options, and confirmation procedures.
Registration & Deposit
Registration will be considered valid only upon payment of the 50% of the staying non-refundable deposit. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid within the deadline communicated at the time of confirmation.
Failure to pay the balance by the indicated deadline will result in:
• Loss of the deposit
• Automatic cancellation of the reservation
• Release of the assigned spot, which may be offered to another participant
• No-shows won’t be refunded
