Orama retreat
Navakarana Vinyāsa Yoga practice in Valle d'Itria
WHO IT’S FOR
This retreat is for those who feel the need to slow down, create space for listening and regeneration, and reconnect deeply and consciously with their body.
It is suitable for anyone who wishes to move, breathe, and experience the body as a tool of presence, regardless of their level of practice.
The proposed practices include yoga (with a focus on Navakaraṇa Vinyasa), somatic movement, and moments of silence in nature. They are designed to foster an accessible, non-performative experience that respects each person’s individual pace.
Navakarana Vinyāsa Yoga
Navakaraṇa Vinyasa is a physical, dynamic, and structured yoga method based on rhythm and melody.
The practice uses sequences that unfold through accumulation, variation, and continuity, allowing the body to enter a state of deep presence and to transform the perception of movement.
It is an intense yet accessible practice that combines strength, fluidity, and mindful breathing, fostering integration between body, mind, and space.
